Bossa beach. This relaxing villa has a separate annex in the garden and
a fabulous infinity swimming pool at the edge of the hillside. Situated
in the hills, the location is great, private and secluded, yet only a
short drive from Ibiza town and Playa d’en Bossa Beach.
The villa is airy, light and very elegant with good design in all rooms.
There’s ample calm living space with very big picture windows benefiting
from the wonderful views. On the ground floor of the main villa there’s
a lounge/dining room and a high-spec, fitted kitchen, plus a twin
bedroom and a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and
beautiful views towards the sea. There is also another double room with
an en suite shower bathroom on this floor.
In the garden annex, which offers complete privacy, there’s a further
double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The gardens, which are as beautiful as the interior, have fabulous views
across countryside and beyond to the sea. There is an infinity swimming
pool, which appears to be sat on the rim of the hillside. The long
terraces are perfect for relaxing on. There is also a shaded dining
area, a barbecue kitchen, a billiard table and a table tennis table, and
a fabulous sunken ‘chill-out’ area.
Casa Mar is a fabulous property for a completely relaxing holiday
getaway, above Ibiza and the sea. Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza Town are
both only a short drive away, where days can be spend on the beach,
sightseeing, shopping and eating, and evenings can be spent clubbing.
The island’s longest sweep of beach is Playa d’en Bossa, which is
peppered with cafés and bars, plus there’s a variety of water sports on
offer. Bora Bora beach party and Space nightclub are popular with
youngsters and clubbers; there’s a lively atmosphere with lots of
nighttime entertainment and bars. Families like it for the long sandy
beach, safe, supervised bathing, and a super choice of water sports and
family entertainment. The close-up views of low flying planes, and
fabulous vistas of Ibiza Town are fantastic.
In the summer, Ses Salines beach is the ‘in’ beach for beautiful and
wealthy people and the vibrant party scene. There’s a variety of
restaurant/café/bars serving anything from snacks to 3-course meals. On
the beach, waiter service is available for a charge (generally per sunbed).
