At the end of a long driveway with views over the countryside, it is only a matter of minutes drive from the charming town of Cas Concos, and just a 10-minute drive from the amenities and beaches of Cala D'Or.
The Finca is set in stunning, large gardens with pristine lawns surrounding the attractive pool area. The interior of the house is light, airy and spacious, with chic, comfortable furniture. The living area is a combination of traditional and modern design; with cool stone and white walls, lots of snug seating on corner sofas, paintings and bright spotlights. There's satellite television, a stereo and a DVD player. The dining room, accessed through a wide stone archway, is furnished with a long dining table and chairs. The lengthy kitchen has lots of storage space and black granite work tops, a dishwasher and a breakfast table and chairs. There's also a cloakroom/wc.
Three twin air-conditioned bedrooms are also accommodated on the ground floor. One of these rooms leads from the dining room, is large and has en suite facilities. The other two rooms lead from the living room, share a large terrace with beautiful views over the gardens and pool. Another superb bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower is available.
The first floor houses a large, double, air-conditioned bedroom with an en suite bathroom with corner bath. A large, terrace overlooks the gardens and the countryside. There's also a second lounge area, the ideal place for relaxing, reading and spending quiet time.
The beautifully designed gardens and outdoor spaces at Finca Quatracamins are extremely private. The swimming pool is sectioned off making this a safe and fun place for young children. A covered terrace runs along the length of the house, connecting it nicely the garden. Extensive views of the beautiful countryside extending as far as Cala D’Or can be enjoyed from the garden and the terrace. The large gardens are laid with expansive lawns in which there is a 500 year old olive tree. The facilities for outdoor eating and relaxing are numerous and include tasteful sofas and garden furniture, a sheltered barbecue area, a stone built sink and a bread oven – the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing sundowner.
